How to Apply Simple Syrups to Cakes, Cupcakes and Bundt Cakes
This technique might seem intimidating and just another step to making a dessert, but trust me, the moisture and flavorful results are amazing. And it’s not very hard to apply, you can also store the leftovers in the fridge for another layer cake or cupcakes. I even like to spoon it on my pancakes!

Mint Chocolate ‘Naked’ Cake
Mint Buttercream frosting and Chocolate Crazy cake, plus an outer layer of any type of Vanilla frosting. Mint Chocolate “Naked” Cake. I doubled the cake recipe and used a medium sized springform and my cake strips, which made them flat topped! A naked cake is basically like a crumb coat, but you don’t put anything else on it!

Mint Chocolate mini Bundt cakes
In this recipe I doubled the chocolate mixture and added it to all the batter. Im sure you can tell by now that I LOVE mint chocolate, the combinations is really good, I also miss Andes mints because they have milk in them so I cant eat them, so this helps satisfy my mint chocolate tooth. Yes, I have one, and I’m sure others do too!

Oreo Overload Cupcakes
These cupcakes are probably the best (cupcake) idea I’ve had! I found out recently that you can bake OREOS, yes Oreos, into cupcakes! AND it’s topped with a Cookie’s and Cream frosting! You just have to try it, no further explanation needed. And I have that tells you how to do it with the recipe.

Chocolate-Raspberry Valentine’s Day cupcakes!
For this recipe I used the Dark Chocolate Cupcakes a Cake Magic edition, raspberry flavored Fruit Syrup and Raspberry Frosting! It was sooo good! And perfect for the pinkest holiday of the year, Valentines!

Caramel Apple Cupcakes
This is great for Thanksgiving! For the frosting I used Caramel Frosting, and for the cupcakes I used Apple Cupcakes with an (optional) cream cheese frosting. I didn’t use that frosting obviously.

A Medieval Style Dinner
For history in school right now we are learning about the medieval period in time. I really like to cook, but I also like to learn about what they cooked way back when. So I asked my parents if I could plan a medieval style dinner for our family, and I did! It was amazing, I will post the recipes later if I haven’t already. Here’s our menu!

And here’s a couple pictures! Biggest Picture; Pork Pot Pie, covered in a sheet of puff pastry. Smaller picture to the right; Lemon Poppyseed cakes. Under the cakes and also to the right; Our table!
Lemon Birthday Cake
I made this cake for my family for fun, my aunt is vegan so it was very helpful to have my Lemon Crazy cake recipe on hand. I was going to use lemon curd in between the layers as a filling, but, as you should know, lemon curd has eggs in it. So I got a Jell-o Lemon Pudding mix (Which happens to be completely Vegan) and used Coconut milk.
