Wonderballs

These no-bake granola bites are so quick and a perfect sugar-free dessert or snack! The main flavors are peanut butter, oats, chocolate chips, any dried fruit, and nuts if you want them. Just mix the ingredients, scoop them onto a baking sheet and freeze! So delicious yet very easy! (FYI, they are really good with candies such as M&M’s and Reese’s Pieces)

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup peanut butter, or any nut butter
  • 1 Cup honey
  • 1/2 Cup flax seed
  • 1/4 Cup nuts (Optional)
  • 1/2 Cup dried fruit (Optional)
  • 1/2 Cup chocolate chips (Optional)
  • 2 Cups uncooked oatmeal, not instant

Directions

  • In a big bowl, add your nut butter and honey together. Stir.
  • Add in oatmeal, then stir.
  • Add in the flax seed, then stir.
  • Add in the chocolate chips, nuts, and dried fruit, then stir.
  • Form into balls using a cookie dough scoop then your hands and place on parchment paper on a cookie sheet.
  • Place in freezer until firm to the touch.

Notes

Keep in freezer at all times, although you can bag them. And when you take one (or two!) out to eat, wait a little before trying to bite it because it might be too hard. Because the fruit, nuts, and chocolate chips are all optional, I will say this, at least have one or two in the balls if not all.

Enjoy!
